To improve hair growth, drink lots of water. It’s one thing to know that drinking water is good for you and another completely to do it. When I’m thirsty, I usually reach for a bottle of water, but it’s easy to forget or ignore the need for water intake when I’m not thirsty. The human body needs at least eight cups of H2O per day to maintain optimal health and avoid dehydration which can lead to fatigue and other problems.<\/p>\n

That’s because if you’re not drinking enough water, this will happen. Of course, we all know that water is good for us but did you know that it’s also good for our hair? Drinking lots of water stimulates sebum production, which coats our scalp with a protective layer of oil, preventing dehydration from damaging our locks and leaving them looking dull and dry. In addition, if we drink plenty of fluids during the day, they are constantly being flushed out by sweat or other bodily functions, so there’s less chance of becoming dehydrated.
